If you have received an incorrect item due to our error we will issue a call tag and pick up the part at no cost to you, upon receiving, we will re-ship the correct item back to you at our expense.  

Refunds and exchanges are allowed for 35 days after the date of purchase. Returns and refunds may incur a 15% restocking fee after order is placed. Refunds after 35 days are for store credit only. Installed items are not eligible for refunds. No Returns on Special Fabricated Items. (Custom in-house, fabricated items.) No Returns on Electronics and Batteries. (For parts made outside of KSR Performance please contact the manufacture.) Thank you for your purchase.

Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative any part that affects emissions on motor vehicles used on public roads. Many aftermarket parts and services are intended and designed for track and off-road use only. KSR Performance will not and cannot be held responsible for the customers decision to modify a car that was not designed to make more power than factory specifications.
